Our Commitment

Bivernado respects the intellectual property rights of all brand owners. Our platform displays brand identity data — including colors, typography, and logos — collected from publicly available sources for purposes of analysis, commentary, and research under fair use principles.

All product names, logos, brands, and other trademarks featured or referred to on Bivernado are the property of their respective trademark holders. These trademark holders are not affiliated with Bivernado, our products, or our website. The use of any trademark on Bivernado is for identification and reference purposes only and does not imply any association with the trademark holder.

Request Removal

If you are the owner of a brand featured on Bivernado and would like your data removed, we will honor your request promptly. To submit a removal request, please email us with the following information:

• Your full name and title/position
• The brand or company you represent
• A description of the content you want removed (URLs if possible)
• A statement that you are authorized to act on behalf of the brand owner
• Your contact information (email, phone)

Send your request to legal@bivernado.com with the subject line "Content Removal Request".

DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on Bivernado infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient information for us to locate it (e.g., URLs)
• Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Response Timeline

We aim to respond to all removal requests within 5 business days. Valid DMCA notices will be processed expeditiously, and the identified content will be removed or disabled promptly upon verification.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@bivernado.com. Counter-notices must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Bivernado has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
